Our Story

My name is Worawee Janpongsri, founder and president of Big Kitchen Food (Canada) Ltd. My family owns Big Kitchen Co. Ltd, a leading processed seafood manufacturer in Thailand for over 20 years. It is my pleasure to our top-selling dried fish strips in three bold flavours (hot chilli, BBQ, and crab) to the Canadian market. Moreover, we also import soft dried fruits, namely, pineapple, guava, and jackfruit which are processed in a BRC certified facility in Thailand.

Our products are manufacturered in a state-of-art factory in Samut Sakhon, Thailand. The facility holds BRC, HACCP, GMP, and Halal Certifiates.

Our import company has designated warehouse space in Vancouver, and holds SFCR license. All of our products have CFIA-compliant bilingual lables that are retail ready. We look forward to partner up with Canadian wholesalers and distributors.
